Cancelation/Refund Policy

Sangyan Toys & Gifts World believes in helping their customers as much as possible and therefore has a liberal return, cancellation and refund policy.

Under this policy:

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATION----

-We have a no return policy, which means once you have received our product in good /working condition there are no return option.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

-To start a return, you can contact us at sgtoystore24@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

-Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

-Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

-Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

-Please inspect your order upon receipt and make a video of unboxing product and contact us at sgtoystore24@gmail.com immediately (same day) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

CANCELATION

-Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated and processed the order.

 

EXCHANGES

-We have a no exchanges policy, which means once you have received our product in good /working condition there are no exchanges option.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved the full amount except the courier charges (to and fro) and COD charges will be refunded to the customer via original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

If the customer has paid twice for one transaction, kindly communicate to us via email and the amount of one transaction will be refunded via same source within 7 to 10 working days.
